OFFOFFOFF.COM was created in 1999 by Joshua Tanzer
(see his bio or
resume for further information),
a journalist and web developer in New York.
Joshua got his start in journalism as a music writer, where he eventually
came to question the value of music criticism — except
on the rare occasion when the writer could turn the readers on to some
great new artist they hadn't heard of before. That, some years later, is
the whole idea behind Offoffoff.com.
